Mechanical, Barrier, Adhesion and Antibacterial Properties of Pullulan/Graphene Bio Nanocomposite Coating on Spray Coated Nanocellulose Film for Food Packaging Applications

In this study, an environmentally friendly and biodegradable pullulan/graphene bio nanocomposite was prepared coated on the nanocellulose film to improve surface, mechanical, barrier antibacterial properties. The films were by using a spray coating of suspension stainless steel plates. graphene nanoparticles modified Hummers method. nanocomposites solvent method with addition various wt% (0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.2) pullulan. carried out roller Results showed that increased in pullulan opacity, surface hydrophobicity, tensile strength, oxygen transmission rate watervapour film. Also, excellent properties against both gram-negative E. coli gram-positive S. aureus. research work, it concluded 0.2 efficient results. exceptional will give new pathway high performance food packaging applications.
